In-Reply-To
why was the lab canceled?
I don't know all of the rules concerning service dogs, but two issues I would address
1- the dog occupies space and could be a trip hazard. I would count the dog as a person in the class and reduce the class size by one.
2- I would ask if anyone in the class is allergic to pet dander - can they move to another lab section of can the petowner move.

Hello,
My name is Daniel and I have lab safety question. One of our students brought a PTSD service dog to one of our physics labs. The instructor had to cancel lab until further notice. Could someone please share rules or regulations in terms of lab safety.
