And when it is offered, the students tend to tune it out. Information overload? No interest? But when you're having a personal conversation with them and explain it then, they are much more likely to listen. Too bad that process is so labor intensive. I think the demo with the smoke is the best as it does capture their attention and visually demonstrates how the hoods work.
